Here are a few ways you can support us:
- Event volunteers - We have a series of events coming up this season, and need volunteers to help us, from planning the events, to coordinating vendors and supplies, to working at the event.
- High School Sailing Teams - If you have a child on one of the High school teams, help out with towing, chaperone & offer carpool; help with post-season cook-outs www.signupgenius.com/go/20f0a48acab22a5fd0-opti
- KHYF Boating Fleet: The FJ's, OPTI's, Trailers & Coachboats always need maintenance; we need handyman volunteers to help with the upkeep of our M242 keelboats [email protected]
- Youth Sailing Program - Help fund scholarships so that all South Bay youth can learn to sail [email protected]
- NEW CHANNELS OUTREACH PROGRAM- Volunteer for this program or donate. Children with special needs and at-risk youth get to attend this program FREE of charge. [email protected]
- KHYF Sailing Center - We have a wonderful office facility on the West Yard parking lot of the King Harbor Yacht Club. We always are in need of office supplies, maintenance supplies & tools (electric tape, table saw, router, drills, etc.), general maintenance equipment, and supplies.
- Equipment Donations and Repair - We always appreciate useful donations of sailing gear, boat parts and FUEL !
