Boats & Facilities

Unlike most other youth sailing programs, KHYF Summer Sailing supplies the boats needed to participate in the program. Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced classes use an 8 foot US Sabot. Even our Beginner class will be sialing on their own after a day or two of instruction.

Facilities

The program uses the facility of the King Harbor Yacht Club located in Redondo Beach.

CFJ: 14 foot double handed dingy used for portions of Race Clinic

Martin 242: 24 foot boats used on occasion in Race Clinic
