Pre Clinic Entry Experience:
These Optimist Clinics are intended for our motivated Optimist sailors of the Race Team who want to improve and hone their racing skills to make a significant step forward.
The clinics are designed to offer a weekend of training to help improve boat preparation, tuning advice, sail settings and advanced boat handling skills including roll-tacking, roll-gybing and mark roundings. We will look hard at developing both Upwind and Downwind speed, as well tactics and race strategy,
OPTI RACE CLINICS
DATES: Sept. 25 & 26

Nov. 13 & 14
TIMES: 1.00pm- 5.00pm
PRICE: $ 150.00 per weekend
PRE-REQ.: Current OPTI Race Team member
The racing clinic is perfect practice for the regatta season. The clinics will teach starts, racing rules, advanced boat handling, tactics, mark roundings etc
Sailors are required to be rigged and ready to sail by 1PM DAILY
